November Health Bite

As we are well into fall, remember to take time to care for yourself! I always feel just a little bit off after the time change. If this is the case for you, take a moment, appreciate the extra time to snuggle down, sip a cup of cinnamon or spice tea, or make some nourishing soup, be it chicken soup or a root vegetable stew. These warming foods are so good as we head into cooler weather. Here in San Diego we still have some warm days, but cool nights. Cover your neck to help keep the wind off... wear a scarf, sip on warm liquids, wear socks.
